In-Person Rosen Method Bodywork Intensive

Deadline for registration is April 4th; there is a late fee $50 if you register after the deadline. Cancellations after April 15th will have a nonrefundable fee of $250.

A Cheryl Reed Scholarship is available to anyone upon request.

The Teaching team will  explore the essence of Marion Rosen’s understanding of the mind-body connection through demonstrations, shared discussion and supervised practice. The intensive offers the possibility slow down to the inherent rhythms of our body and listen deeply into the wisdom held within us in an environment of natural beauty, transformation, and community. It is one component of a complete training program in Rosen Method Bodywork, and this course is open to Both career-track students and those who are interested in personal growth. Bill Samsel was one of the 10 students in Marion Rosen’s first training class from 1980-1982. He became the President of the Rosen Institute Board of Directors in 1998 and since 2003 he has been the Director of Teaching for the Rosen Method Institute Canada. Bill has pioneered men’s Rosen Method workshops in Europe and the USA. Bill is able to create and maintain a safe space for students, providing them an opportunity for deeper self-awareness and truthful self-expression. In his teaching, Bill is known for his particular attention and emphasis on the breath. He brings warmth, humor and compassion to his work.

 

Elyze is drawn to Rosen Method  by its qualities of heartfelt presence, listening hands and open curiosity.  A Rosen Practitioner since 1989.  She finds that Rosen Method has a unique way of making contact and exploring what has been held back in our unconscious allowing new possibilities of aliveness and authenticity to come forth. 
Her sincerity, caring and playful laughter are some of the qualities she brings to her teaching. She has a thriving private practice in San Francisco.

 

Covid protocols: We will be following pandemic guidelines for in-person trainings: students no longer need to be vaccinated, wearing masks will be at the discretion of teachers and who you are working with, hand washing and social distancing when possible.  We will give further guidelines to class participants if needed regarding protocol for safety measures when distancing is not possible for the practice of Rosen Method.
