Experience the alchemy of Rosen Method’s simple yet powerful approach to the body/mind connection. Rosen Method bodywork uses touch and talk, inviting awareness to arise from within by contacting unconscious tension. The habitual tension in the body can be both a barrier and a doorway to deeper understanding of ourselves. By feeling how we hold back, we have more choice to let go and live more fully.

Taught by Sara Webb & Charity Martin.

Sara Webb was Marion Rosen’s first student and was her colleague at the School for many years. Sara has been the executive director in Berkeley since the School was founded. She brings extensive experience in guiding students to a deeper understanding of the body’s language.

Charity Martin has been teaching bodywork and somatic therapeutic work to individuals and groups through her private practice in Rosen Method Bodywork and Somatic Experiencing Trauma Resolution. She has been a student and teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage for 30 years.  Charity is a teacher in training in Rosen Method Bodywork as well as a supervisor for interns.
