In the midst of turbulent times, we can build trust - in the body and in life - one movement at a time. Tuning into our structure can be both grounding and freeing. This awareness can help us to stay with ourselves. Rosen Movement is a catalyst for connecting deeply and tenderly with ourselves and our communities, touching our hearts with music, movement, and presence.
Each day will include movement classes, sharing circles, living anatomy, and many creative learning opportunities and experiments. This half intensive comprises a component of our training program, and is open to participants looking for personal growth and those seeking to become Rosen Method movement teachers.
You do not need to be affiliated with RMBC to participate in these offerings. ROSEN METHOD: the Berkeley Center allows three online intensives to be credited toward certification as a Rosen Method movement teacher. If you are affiliated with another Rosen center, check on your school's policy about giving credit for online courses for the movement teacher training.
